InTime then filters sign-ups based on CAL FIRE’s collective agreement and rules and can elect to automatically fill the shift. Employees receive notifications via text, email and/or through the mobile app and can view available overtime from their phones. Volunteer opportunities will be available leading up to the event and during the Point In Time Count event. InTime has cut CAL FIRE’s time spent managing overtime to just under 30 minutes/week.
